Quick win (5 minutes):

Choose one aspect of health and safety – for example lock-off procedures, lone working or DSE – and remind yourself of the key rule or control that applies to you.

More time to invest? (60 minutes):

Review a recent job or site visit and walk through the RAMS or safety processes you followed. Note one or two points where risk could have been lower or communication clearer. Capture a simple checklist or reminder for yourself or your team to use next time.
