You do not need to be a “guru” to be useful. Simply explaining what you are seeing on the ground is valuable thought leadership in a niche industry.

Quick win (5 minutes):

Draft a three-line LinkedIn post about one thing you have noticed recently – for example a common BMS commissioning mistake or an easy energy win – and save it as a draft or post it if you are happy.

More time to invest? (60 minutes):

Write and publish a short LinkedIn post (or article) setting out a problem you often see, why it matters, and one or two practical tips. Then reply thoughtfully to at least two comments you receive or comment on related posts to extend the conversation.
